David founded Perpetual PropertyCare in 2003 having had over 30 years experience in the cleaning and facility services business working in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. His experience covers a wide range of industries including commercial, education, health, industrial, defence, and event venues.
David’s decision to start his own company was based on his desire to develop a company where customers received a more personal and individual service, tailored to their specific needs. A company where decision making and service provision was delivered with a sense of urgency at all times. In growing the business he has employed people with the same desire to provide that personal attention.
George joined Perpetual PropertyCare in mid 2003 and has played an integral role in the development and growth of the company. With over 20 years industry experience managing a wide variety of contracts George has been able to build an operational team around him that is the envy of our competitors.
George always works closely with his customers to develop a clear understanding of their needs and tailor a program to best service them. George has also been instrumental in driving our Green Cleaning program that he developed in our UNSW contract and has been implemented throughout our operations.
Perpetual PropertyCare joined the Berkeley Group in March 2011 and that added financial strength has enabled the company to embark on a more ambitious growth plan. Daniel has been a welcome addition to the team and will play a lead role in those growth plans, taking over the marketing role. Daniel has cleaning and security industry experience over the last 5 years.
Daniel has over 10 years management experience in the industry and is responsible for our education and event portfolio and the co-ordination of staff training with our appointed RTO. Daniel ensures that regular training and information is given to our growing team of dedicated and reliable staff. This ensures customers get the results that this positive work place atmosphere brings.
There is a number of other supervisory and support staff all of who have specific areas of expertise in operations, administration, and risk management. All staff work closely to ensure the expertise is shared to the benefit of our customers.
